Our Vision

Creating Perth's first dedicated boutique "scrollery". Bringing hotel-quality craftsmanship to the local community.

Our Story

A duo of talented chefs from two of Perth's finest estates. Bena, a pastry chef from Mandoon Estate, and Vincent, a savoury chef from Darlington Estate, had a shared dream. With their combined skills and the guidance of Chef Kiren, who has over 30 years of experience, they turned their passion into a reality.

Bena

Bena is the creative soul behind every scroll, cookie, and loaf of Shio Pan at Pâtisserie BLEU. With a Master’s degree in Art from the UK, she’s always been an artist at heart. Now, she just uses dough instead of a canvas. After graduating with her Patisserie qualifications and working as a pastry chef at Mandoon Estate, Bena decided to focus on what she loves most - the art of the perfect bake. Her mission is simple - to bake the best cinnamon scroll you’ve ever tasted, right here in Leeming.

Vincent

Vincent started in the world of graphic and web design, but his heart was always in the kitchen. He eventually traded his MacBook for a chef’s knife, finishing his culinary training and landing a spot at the beautiful Darlington Estate. After years of crafting fine-dining services and perfecting his skills as a barista, Vincent decided it was time for a new adventure. He’s combining his eye for details with his love for a great brew to bring Perth its very first boutique 'scrollery', a place where an upgraded toastie meets your morning coffee run.

Chef Kiran

We are incredibly lucky to have Chef Kiran’s world-class expertise behind the scenes at Pâtisserie BLEU. With a career leading pastry teams at some of the biggest names in the business, The Westin, Crown Resorts, and Mandoon Estate, Kiran is a true master of the craft. As our consultant chef and mentor, he has worked closely with us to refine our recipes and share the 'secrets' of high-end patisserie. He's now bringing all that 'big kitchen' expertise to our local shop. His decades of experience and passion for perfection are baked into every single scroll we make.
